Christian Fikar is Full Professor and Chair of Food Supply Chain Management at University of Bayreuth. He holds a Habilitation in Business Administration and a doctoral degree in Social and Economic Sciences from University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU) as well as a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from WU. His research fields include logistics, supply chain management and related model-driven decision support systems to investigate and optimize delivery processes, particularly for food logistics operations.
